Snorkel and dive gear rental
Ask a snorkel and dive gear rental operator what breaks and the answer is never the booking form. The constraint here is service and test intervals held against the individual unit.
NO MONTHLY FEE · 4.5% AT CHECKOUT · PAID BY YOUR CUSTOMER
Dive kit is sized to the person and serviced on a schedule. Masks and fins turn over fast and need sanitising between renters, which puts a cleaning step between return and availability.
Cylinders and regulators carry test and service intervals that make a unit unavailable wherever it happens to be sitting. Certification has to be checked before a dive rental leaves, and a snorkel set going to the same family needs none of that, so one catalogue has to hold both rules.
What the platform does here is narrow and specific. Live position for every delivery vehicle on the same screen as the run it was given, with idle, hard braking and speeding raised to the office while the morning is still running.
The problem it removes: finding out at four o'clock that a stop was skipped at nine. The number to watch is stops closed against stops planned while the van is still moving, and how many alerts the office acts on the same morning.
Tracker integration puts an OBD unit in the vehicle, around $20 to buy and about $70 a year to run, reporting position into Bodhisys rather than into a portal somebody has to keep open in a second tab. The van moves on the same map as the stops it was given.

Van 1 leaves the depot with six stops in the order the run was built. Everything on the map is open work.
Bodhisys charges no monthly fee. The platform takes 4.5%, added to each reservation and paid by your customer rather than by you.
Bodhisys is rental operations software for companies that rent things, vehicles and experiences. It was built for rental inventory rather than adapted from a ticketing system, and it has been in market since 2023.
For dive shops, live position for every delivery vehicle on the same screen as the run it was given, with idle, hard braking and speeding raised to the office while the morning is still running.
There is no monthly fee. A 4.5% charge is added to each reservation and paid by your customer at checkout.
Bodhisys is younger than FareHarbor and Peek Pro and has a smaller install base. An operator whose revenue is mostly timed tours, or who needs a long list of third-party integrations today, is better served by an incumbent.
A tour flow sells a seat at a time. A rental flow has to capture what leaves, where it goes, when it comes back and who is responsible for it in between.
There is no monthly fee. A 4.5% charge is added to each reservation and paid by your customer at checkout.
Yes. Customers, future reservations and booking history migrate from FareHarbor, Peek Pro and Bike Rental Manager.
