Tracker integration puts an OBD unit in the vehicle, around $20 to buy and about $70 a year to run, reporting position into Bodhisys rather than into a portal somebody has to keep open in a second tab. The van moves on the same map as the stops it was given.
The office dashboard raises the events worth a phone call. A driver idle for five minutes at one spot, and again at fifteen. A hard deceleration. A speed over the limit for the road. Each one lands against the vehicle, the driver and the run, so it reads as a fact about this morning rather than a line in a fleet report nobody opens.
Completed stops leave the screen as they close, which turns the map into a live audit. Anything still showing behind the vehicle position is a stop the driver has gone past without closing it. The office screenshots that and texts the driver while the van is still on the road, which is the difference between a fix and a refund.
The run re-adapts while it is running. An order taken at half past ten is sequenced into a run already halfway through, so the new stop lands in the right place on the loop instead of becoming a second trip at the end of the day.

The number to watch is stops closed against stops planned while the van is still moving, and how many alerts the office acts on the same morning.
The tracker is a fixed integration rather than an open list of devices. One supported unit, chosen so the data arriving is the same shape every time, in the same way card processing runs through one processor.
This shows position and raises events. It is no substitute for a driver scorecard, a payroll timeclock or an hours-of-service compliance system, and it makes no claim to be one.
Guest-facing delivery tracking, the view where a customer watches how many stops away the van is, has not shipped. It is the strongest thing on this page for a last-minute booking and it is still on the roadmap, so treat it as absent from what you would be buying today.
